DEPOSIT AND RENT: A deposit of $500 and signed contract is used to hold your reservation. Full payment of rent (not including deposit) is due 60 days in advance of your stay. When the rent has been received, the $500 deposit is converted to a security deposit described below.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: A security deposit of $500.00 is required in addition to rent. Release of security deposit will be subject to the inspection of the premises for damages by the landlord or their agent. Security deposit may be used for the costs of repair of the property, extraordinary cleaning, or replacement of broken damaged or missing property. Unused deposit will be returned to the Tenant no later than ten (10) days following the departure of the Tenant.

CANCELLATION POLICY: The reservation deposit is fully refundable if reservation is canceled sixty days or more in advance. A $100.00 cancellation fee will be charged if canceled less than sixty days prior to arrival date. No rent is refunded if cancellation is received less than sixty days prior to scheduled arrival date. However, Landlord will make every effort to re-rent canceled dates and will refund tenant for actual dates that are re-rented. Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover situations from which you may not recover your vacation financial investment due to illness, accident, or other unforeseen events.
